It is angel wing, I take my young goslings and fold their wings back normal then wrap them in electrical tape to keep them folded normally, I leave it like this for two to three weeks then re-wrap them for about two to three more weeks. Tends to work well. To remove just take scissors and cut the tape and remove.

Maybe electrical tape works for you, but most vets and waterfowl owners have had great success using vet wrap, which is more elastic then electrical tape, lighter, and more flexible than electrical tape, all of which will help the owner and the birds success during treatment.

I think leaving the bandage on for more than a week without taking it off for a bit would have some sort of negative affect on the goose.

Maybe your geese don't chew but mine do and they would shred vet wrap in an hour. It does not have a negative effect, on the contrary, it corrects the problem. What works for you may not work for another and on a farm one works with what one has.

Not sure if your are still needing help/advice, but I just treated angel wing on 3 of my geese just a few days ago. I got some basic self-adhering wrap from walmart (a few bucks) and folded the twisted end of the wing into its proper position then wrapped the wing up. I also went ahead and wrapped a strand of the tape around the entire body to ensure the wing stayed in place. I taped the end of the wrap with some basic medical tape and let it be for 3 days. After that I removed it and they were just fine!
