Angel wing?

I’ve had many ducks and never ever experienced this before, I’m thinking it angel wings but not 100% sure. I feed all my flock the Purina all flock crumbles & give them greens almost daily. My drake is 9 weeks old what can I do? How can I wrap? Should we switch foods for him..

That is angel wing. I would wrap it asap.
