Angel wings or new mom duck paranoia?

I'm wondering if anyone can tell me if a couple of my 4+ week old cayugas have angel wing starting. Or if this new duck mom is just paranoid? I have been using unmedicated chick feed 18%protein with Brewers yeast. I just started to add oats to the feed today.
Any feedback on my next steps or reassurance that my ladies are growing normal would be appreciated!

Doesn’t look like angel wing just normal pin feathers growing in. If you can get a better pic looking right at their behinds.
