im using egg trays in an incubator for the 1st time. how much of an angle should i use under the trays?

Just to be clear, I think you are planning on keeping the eggs in an egg carton in the incubator and want to know how high a block to put under one end when you turn them. The answer to that is to get a 45% angle. That way, when you swap back and forth, they are going through a 90% angle.

Out of curiosity, what are you using under the try. I may need to do this as my turner is acting wacky.
