This is Dingo, he has the same look and shape of your dog, but different color. Very strong willed, extremely loving and smart. He is now a guard dog at a friends boat yard.

I didn't mention the dingo breed but many more folks than not thought that my dog in the pics was cattle dog dingo x. Her body type was actually very different from pit (those pics of her don't show her long legs and thinner body and somewhat curled tail, but the side view of her head is almost without doubt)...I imagine she is a mix of a few breeds.

She was out of control with them and would drag around the very big/tall male-half of her original family despite them having been through dog obedience with her, which did no good...she had been allowed to rule the house and had no lead. After I met the dog I offered to train her and them (for free) so they could keep her as part of their family, but they had a lot of things going on that just wouldn't work out with that. So I again told them they were losing a really great dog and that I would be thrilled to have her if they were sure about their decision. The rest is history.

Thanks again! The kitty is a very special fella.
