Tae and Aleta grazed near each other quietly. They were on a search for a Pegasus stallion to start their own herd. Tae mainly looked for one stallion in particular, one with rainbow colored wings. Aleta thought it was funny that Tae wait for a certain stud but Tae didn't care. Tae had seen the stallion when she was younger but never was confident enough to speak to him. "Hmm..." Tae said as she looked at the empty sky.
Oath had tried to follow the stallion, but she couldn't keep up with him. Now he slowed, which let her catch up a bit more.Nightmare cantered smoothly across the ground. In the sky, the stallion flapped slowly, gliding on a warm thermal. He'd almost fallen for Oath's brief attention. With a snort, he cupped his wings and plummeted.
Opening his wings, Glyph leveled himself and touched down, trotting gracefully across the land. Flaring his wings, he lashed his tail and reared, his frustrated whinny carrying for over a mile. When he settled down, he dropped his head, biting at tufts of grass.Oath had tried to follow the stallion, but she couldn't keep up with him. Now he slowed, which let her catch up a bit more.
Oath landed after him, hoping to explain herself. "Its not that I don't like you! Its just... I feel like I've seen him before although I know that I haven't," She paused for a breath. "I wasn't flying away rom you for long, just to say hi..." The mare looked at him, pleading. "Some herds have more than one stallion." "Don't worry about it. I'm used to it," Glyph said with a snort. He stood with his back facing her, but his ears pointed backwards, acknowledging her presence. Shaking himself, he settled his wings at his sides and added, "I've never been part of a herd since being kicked from my sire's. I'm not familiar with stallions sharing herds."Oath landed after him, hoping to explain herself. "Its not that I don't like you! Its just... I feel like I've seen him before although I know that I haven't," She paused for a breath. "I wasn't flying away rom you for long, just to say hi..." The mare looked at him, pleading. "I've seen multiple herds with two stallions. Normally, its two brothers, but that doesn't really matter." The mare walked up beside him. "Sorry, I didn't mean to put the wrong idea down. I was just saying that you're attractive." She looked thoughtful for a moment. "Its normally just herds of Pegasi that have two stallions, horses aren't as communicative as us.""Don't worry about it. I'm used to it," Glyph said with a snort. He stood with his back facing her, but his ears pointed backwards, acknowledging her presence.
