Hey so in the yard we have some water in a large plant pot it originally had some Lilli pads in it but now there pritty much gone thanks to some cows, but the greenish water still remains and has for some time. Now right near it we have bowls/pots out that are filled with chickens water, freash clean mountain water.

However the chickens, rooster, cats, dog even wild birds often prefer to drink outta this thing of green water. Must be some kinda nutrients they can sense in there or something. Just thought I'd share maybe U can create something similar. 💮🐦🐕🐄🐈🐓🐔

Green water flows, green water knows where the green water goes. Animals know the real, when most humans have lost touch an cannot feel.

In the second picture U can see the pots an plastic thing in back ground. But why do all the animals like it?
The plastic thing looks almost empty. Dump that green grossness & fill it back up with clean. I bet they still drink from it & it’ll be healthier for you and them.

Letting water sit stagnant like this creates a cesspool of bacteria, parasites and mosquitoes. This is seriously unhealthy and no one should recreate this.

It's also a good way to give all your animals leptospirosis. Who knows what wildlife is drinking, pooping or peeing in this extremely disgusting bucket. Please dump this out and do not let anything else drink this.

Provide clean drinking water and look into deworming all your animals.

I just died reading these comments! HA!

my chickens drink out of random areas all over the yard. A favorite location is in my horses paddock where it’s muddy and the horses hoof print collects the water.. they all love it even when there is fresh water literally everywhere! I own 6-7 water containers which are changed daily, but they chose poop and mud water 🤷‍♀️
I guess as long as no one is dehydrated, I’m okay with it! 😉

Mine drink from yucky duck puddles. You can't make them not drink the yucky stuff.

However, you can dump out nasty containers like that one.

I'm just going to assume your horses are standing in mud due to the recent weather. If not - that's a whole 'nother issue.
