Ankle sprain in duckling

one of my new 3 week old ducklings (salt) seems to have sprained her ankle she’s not standing on it she try’s to avoid using it at all costs and is mostly laying down we noticed this about 4 days ago. What can we do to help the poor girl? We arnt sure if it’s a fractured or a sprain

Do you have her on niacin supplements? Asking because niacin deficiency is very prevalent in ducklings and can be fixed if caught early before they are permanently lame or disfigured where they cannot walk any longer.
