Annimated Smileys on BYC Chat?

I was just wondering and after some discussion on BYC Chat, if there was anyway we could have annimated smileys on the chat? Such as these ones.

We've tried to avoid them in chat because they would always be animated and always be visible / distracting while chatting. (it's all fun and games until 20 hours of chat has gone by and you want to squish those little flickering things)

We'll review and see if we should add them.
