Annoyed and Threating neighbor

The major issue that seems to be is that my house was vacant for 10 years, yup 10 years he didn't have a neighbor. And now he is disgruntled he does and is finding any excuse to complain. He has said multiple times "Well I didn't have to hear that before." etc. Well buddy, tough cah cah, you do now. Take the stick out ya booty and take some eggs and quiet down.

The sooner you stop worrying about him the better. Just ignore him and put him out of your thoughts. He will most likely complain about something the rest of his life.

I want to hug you for your approach, calm and sensitive way you've presented these disturbances to us. Good job. Mostly great advice, and I hope that enough ignoring will move him onto other poor souls. Oh, and protect your son as best you can, from this ignorant self absorbed human.
