Annoyed with Craigslist

Were you posting it in Farm and Garden? Or the Pets section? People flag on there because they have nothing better to do. They call them the Craigs Lists Nazis.

I've been having the same problem when I list my Nursery stock for sale. Someone keeps flagging and deleting my post! Craigslist should make you sign in to your account before you flag, then maybe certain people could lose their right to flag. It's so frustrating! I personally think for me it's someone who doesn't like the competition or an unsatisfied customer from another nursery in this town. We recently moved and I haven't sold much from here yet.

I received an email today telling me that my listing had been flagged and to "click here to sign in to fix it".
Of course I never click on a link in an email so I went directly to my craigslist account and it was not flagged.
I hate spammers.

Yea, I have never got a email that said my ad was flagged unless it was removed an that email has stopped happening.

I posted a ring for sale a year or so ago and it was flagged off within the day. No clue why. I find the whole flagging thing ridiculous.

You and me both! A few years ago I posted free diapers, they came in a diaper cake gift set and they weren't the brand I used so I put them up for free, it was flagged and down within a few minutes... I almost think the people emailing to get them do it so no others can email, would make sense. That being said there are people, I'm sure, who just sit and flag random post for no good reason, people need a life.

Yep, I posted in it Farm & Garden. I sell rabbits from there all the time and have never gotten flagged so I was pretty surprised when someone wanted to flag me for EGGS, of all things!

People are ridiculous! It annoys me but at the same time it makes me chuckle.. to think that someone has such a chip on their shoulder or such a miserable life that they have to sit around on CL and harass people. Especially in a smaller area like ours that don't have a whole lot of posts every day

My warning came in an email as well, asking me to go in and change my posts because they flagged it as being in the wrong category. It hasn't been deleted yet though so that's strange.

Luckily, I got the email on my phone and logged into CL from my computer so I didn't click on any link

I knew my phone came in handy for something!

Oh great! I clicked on that link last night about the wrong category.

I just went in and changed my password, hopefully that helps.
