Has she been wormed lately?
Could she have mites?
Is her crop impacted?
I've read other posts describing their very sick hens, and it turns out the culprit was sometimes something as easy as the above. Other than that, the most important thing is to keep her hydrated, warm and comfortable.... and try to do a complete all over check of the hen. If she'll let you, I'd go over her slowly and completely. Including palpitating her belly, etc. for any lumps.
