your white chicken is splash(a double dilute of blue), and also looks like a roo. One of your buffs is a rooster also (the one on the right of the first pic)
The buffs look wyandotte-ish (they are larger bodied), but the splash and the blue look game-ish (thinner bodied), they might have leghorn or something also. Do you know where they came from.
the white ones brother had a single well developed comb (looks like a male Andalusian). The other Roos were crowing. the one in this picture (if it is a roo) hasn't started to crow.
I got them from my mom who intern got them from an elementary school which hatches chicken eggs in the spring for science class. No clue "where" they came from specifically
I'm eagerly awaiting the result. I absolutely love them. They're so sleek and beautiful. I'm not one for the big fluffy breed. I like birds that look like birds, not cushions!
Ok so here are a few pictures of the Buff Orp that was said "may" be a Cockerel I hope not
Saddle Feathers?
Side view of the face.
Neck feathers (forgot the name; Hackle is it?) If you lift up all of his/her feathers they're not fully "out" they're still encased in keratin. Well to be more specific the Keratin base is still large.
Here's another buffie I have she doesn't look like the one above; makes me really wonder
As requested by ilovechickensrock:
I tried to get more of her but she absolutely didn't want to be touched. I felt so bad having to hold her rough (she's been through a lot this week).
