Wow. After seeing the news story and reading his story on here, 'm not sure what to say...I don't know that I've ever heard of neighbors as awful as this man's!

REALLY??? JAIL TIME?? What is this world coming to?? Poor Randy. And that neighbor, well......... I'd better not say anything, because it won't be nice. If we find out who he is here on the forum, lets all get together, and see what backing we can give him!

Yes it's okay if you have an untrained dog who neatly kills someone and get the same or similar sentence, and exactly how did his hens hurt the neighbor or city?????
