Another "colors" question for my new roller

Who’s the Bald Headed Birmingham Roller’s daddy?

My new little Bruno has sprouted some interesting colors so I’m not sure who is the daddy now. The raising cock is a red, but his raising pair was a blue cock and red hen(not shown). I thought I had the raising pair separated enough and I don’t known much about color lines. So could the red raising cock be the one carrying Bruno’s blues or could the blue sire of the raising cock have encountered on the raising hen perhaps ? Or could it be either one of them?

Bruno's dad looks like an ash-red velvet cock, carrying blue. That is why Bruno is blue. Bruno is a blue velvet (t-pattern). Velvets often have solid black shields but they will still have a normal blue tail (whereas blacks have solid black tails).
Now, if Bruno does turn out to be black, that means his dad is actually recessive red and carries spread under it. Thus passing the spread gene down to Bruno to turn blue to black.
The other option is that some hanky panky went on in the loft!

It's interesting how they come about through thier color lines.

I'm still courious of why might the hen "lines" not of came out so much as he looks like a kinda normal looking Biringham Roller?

Bruno's raising hen(Hermiatta) is from a mixed from a Homer and Old English/Homer, that I hand raised after two weeks when his mom vanished (out here in the country).
She always lets me handle her and comes to me when I call her. I never seen that before in a bird before. It's too cool......
