Another day, another

tax.

Here's what we're facing come July 1st. Can't wait to see what our tax assessment will be given the fact that in addition to our house, we have several large outbuildings:

Ok you may be looking at this the wrong way. There's $14 billion out there. From reading the link I see first that there's ways to not to have to pay in to that $14 billion. It maybe as easy as showing you have no runoff to cut your tax. I don't know your land but if you capture some of your neighbors runoff ? If so you could get payed for it. There will be some people looking to install rain gardens, conservation landscaping, rain barrels and cisterns, drywells. Someones going to get payed to do that.

You can look at it as a bad thing, or you can try to make something good from it.
Just my thoughts. Hows that go ? Went life gives you a new tax be the tax collector. Or something like that.
