another egg - different color

I got another egg this morning and it is bluish green. The one yesterday was white. Does that mean I have at least two hens? I have 3 black runners, and 4 fawn and white. The eggs are small. It seems like the eggs these came from were larger. Do they smaller eggs at first.

My understanding is that the first few eggs might vary in size and color from what the duck will lay for the rest of her life. I wouldn't count on having two layers until you get two eggs on the same day.

That is good to know. I hope I don't have too many drakes, because I am enjoying all of them and don't want to have to cut down the size of my flock now. They have been pretty peaceful so far and I am hoping things will stay that way, but I guess now is the time that I will find out.
