Another egg swap thread

Piper, do you realize it works something like this:

First: I offer 6 Orpington eggs
You: I take the Orpingtons and offer 6 Maran eggs
Me: I take the Marans and offer 6 d'Uccle
Other: I take the d'Uccles and offer.....

And so on.

GracefulBantams - so if I am following that , each person is basically offering up thier eggs for free, with the hope that someone else will offer up something that they might like.

A post above this one, is slightly different, that post signifies an actual trade between two entities, I have this to offer to anyone that has this.


Based on the answer I guess these are both appropriate, correct?

It is not exactly for 'free' that you are offering the eggs. You get to claim the previous offer, then the person who claims your eggs has to offer their eggs.
