Another fart egg ~

I went out to collect the eggs a few minutes ago and found this fart egg in one of the nest boxes. I think they are so cute. The Large egg in the bottom picture is a light cream color.

dumb question. I havent gotten a fart egg, but do you eat them??

Yes you can eat them but the ones I have gotten never have had a yolk in them.

I had forgot about the fart egg I got last week and was going to cook up some eggs this morning and remembered it. I broke it open and there was a tiny yolk.

Thats crazy are they from established laying hens?

Yes the birds I have in that coop are 2½ and 1½ yrs old. I have gotten other fart eggs but this was the first one that had a tiny yolk in it.

you know how much money you could make off of eggs that didn't have yolks in them?! People are always using egg whites only and having to separate the yolk. You could make a mint!
