Another HAPPY SATURDAY & HAPPY MOMMIE'S DAY Thread

It is a GOOD morning. Got up and made pancakes and bacon, Ken got the dryer running so I am doing laundry, went to the feed store and got puppy replacement milk for the pups, fed the chickens, fed the babies, fed the puppies and now I am here.

The engine revs. Your heart pumps. The tree lights count down to green and you're launched to speeds of 120 mph in less than 4 seconds.

ok...you win...but what do I want to go to Ohio for?

And have you taken a ride on the dragster?

This one is actually my favorite....the wooden coaster, The American Eagle, dual coaster....racing coasters. I loved this one when I was a kid.

You would want to go to OHIO to ride rollercoasters, when you get done at Cedar Point you can go to Kings Island, then Geauga Lake, then.... The rest of the Amusment parks just wont compare.

No I havent ridden the dragster, I have a bike.(and the wait was estimated at 2 hours) But I have rode the rest of the Coasters, they have. The Demon Drop, which is the same as yours. Like being in an elevator and the cable breaks.

I think I have riden that one(your favorite), I was stationed In Great Lakes(Chicago) and went to an amusement park, but I dont think it was a Six Flags at the time, but its been a couple years so the name escapes me. In fact that ride was one of the newer rides when I went.

It was a wonderful morning here. Fresh eggs over easy on homemade toasted bread, and coffee of course. Then off to the opening day of a local farmer's market - came home with some interesting tomato plants to add to the garden.

It's evening now but I have had a good and tiring day.
Lots of housework, 1/2 the house is "company" clean which is nice. I let my 4 goslings out to range and graze today and man, why did no one tell me how much geese poop?! I had bright green grass butt bombs all over my driveway!

Now I'm having a drink (spiked iced tea, DH calls me his lush) and then I'm going to go fold some laundry, knit, and watch some TV.

Hope everyone had a good day!
