Hey all! I've been lurking on here for a month gleening lots of new info! LOVE the site
I have had poultry for many years, but am always learning, and this year got my first pheasants! Have their barn and runs in the planning stages (they're still little guys LOL), as well as new layer coops for the girls and a small barn for the main free range flock.
My flock right now live in an old box from a box truck...it was here when we moved in! It works great, even though it's ugly as all get out. We built branch ladder perches in the back and have several cages and kennels for the guys that have to be put up at night and put a big pen around it. When we expand it will be painted by our youngins and become their personal coop..Yay! My six year old son saved his money and bought his first rooster, so it's gonna be alot of fun!
