as I can get those ceramic heater at cheap price $10-15, I decide to use them afer learning how they work. You have the fan and one elenent that will last almost for ever.

from http://b2600ev.org/making-the-electric-heater-core.html
The ceramic heater cores are readily available. Since they are just resistors, they will work on AC (house) or DC (truck batter pack). And I understand that the resistance increases as they get hotter so they are somewhat self protecting (I have not tested this myself). Also, there is a thermal circuit breaker in the housing next to the heater element, so I also saved this to use later.

I cut the the wire that have 3 terminal and add a new dimmer switch.

from http://home.howstuffworks.com/dimmer-switch2.htm
A modern dimmer switch "chops up" the sine wave. It automatically shuts the light bulb circuit off every time the current reverses direction -- that is, whenever there is zero voltage running through the circuit. This happens twice per cycle, or 120 times a second. It turns the light circuit back on when the voltage climbs back up to a certain level.

by usig the dimmer I can adjust the temp at 102 degrees, I will control with a thermostat to desire temp after the setting.

I did the air duct and the heater box

this box made with my old computer frame is for the fan and the element, it also have ceramic outside and inside for thermal mass. Never saw before but I decide to add ceramic to cut the heat as it cross the urethane insulation. I will show when I will do the wire connction.

inside there is a 4 inch round rigid air duct with two Top Duct Takeoff insulate with 2 inch Rockwool Insulation.

I will install one over the other, with two zones thermostat, cycler and timer all in one

if you want good prcision thermostat

$65.00 (50 Euro)

Daniel Chochuľa he is Slovak but google translation now have slovak
He built for 120v on request

Thermostat for temperature measurement and control in one place.
Settings:
Temperature from 5.0 to 99.0 ° C - 0.1 ° C step, Hysteresis (sensitivity) 0.1 to 5.0 ° C - 0.1 ° C step
Acoustic alarm minimum and maximum temperatures.
The sensor on the cable 2 m.

and have all control humidity, timer, cycler, day count for hatching

Have you hatched in it yet?
no, not yet beacause I got a marsh cyclonic incubator. it is good for 1080 eggs.
But I had modify the wine cellar bator to add the air inport, I will use it only next year for my wild turkey and Canada geese.
I had built three of them, one more to do.
I installed them one over the other, with two zones thermostat, cycler and timer all in one
did some test for two days and it keep temp perfectly
I Strongly believes that they will be effective.
