Since you guys are so quick at this I though I would send another pic your way. This was Charlie the House Chicken:

When he had legs they were dark colored and featherless if that matters. He had the back pointing feathers on his hocks too. (does anyone have a name for that? Thanks again! I have always wondered what he was! Terri O

They are called vulture hocks and are usually found on d'uccles.
