Another new chicken lady

I got my buff orphington chicks last night. One girl not eating or drinking. Seems not able to walk ok. Has dried on poo on backside. Tried to loosen up poo too stuck on. But have seen her poop. Yellowish in color. I'm not sure she will be ok. :/
