My family and I recently moved to Northwest and chose Spokane as our home. We have no idea, clue, or understanding of how best to start raising chickens. We are happy to find this site and look forward to reading through all the info.

Yay! There are quite a few of us Spokanites here, I think! I'm new to this site and chickens as well... I've been reading a lot through this site and have already learned that there's tons more to learn. Should be fun! I see also that Big R has 'chicken chats' scheduled, although I don't know what type of information they 'chat' about!
