Another Newbie Here!

Hi, living in WV and was raised with chickens. Currently living in a development (sigh) and my phase voted out the HOA so here I am...gettin' chickens soon! We just bought a nice piece of heaven on North Mountain, so my neighbor on top of neighbor days are numbered! A few neighbors want to buy eggs from me once established. Plan on raising them organically. Just starting out and can use any tips for success with my new flock. Trying to find a few Red Sexlinks (I've been told they are great producers of large brown eggs) and Delaware and/or Rhode Island Reds. Have an order in at the local feed store. Any tips on getting them established would be much appreciated!
