Another Newbie in FL

Another chicken "newbie". Just got 2 two pullets to start, a Barred Rock and a French Black Copper Marans/Americana mix. Have been told I need to keep only few chickens, as we are in a subdivision and don't want to overdo it, but how can I limit myself to a "few"... There are so many wonderful breeds! And such personalities!! I'm hooked on chickens already!

It's going to be hard to limit yourself to just a few,.. but at least you live where you can have a little backyard flock! Can you imagine not having any chickens,.
