Another novice hello.

Hi, I live in mid southern Missouri. Have 5 chickens out of 15 we got as tiny things. Ban-ties. My husband bought 4 Cornish game birds: a rooster and 3 hens. One is nest sitting right now. He was supposed to get hens at the auction, but only came back with two other hens and a bunch of roosters. First chickens I have ever had. We also have a guinea fowl now and two Pekin (g) ducks. (Ducks were raised as babies with the first batch of chicken babies.) So we lost 10 chicken babies and had 3 ducks and lost one female. Now we have a pair of them. Am looking forward to get to know you all.

from the Finger Lakes of New York! Not a big fan of bantams, but that is what is great about this hobby. There are SO many varieties to choose from. (We started with bantams, but they were EVIL!
