32 hours at this point. I just checked a bit ago, dampened things again and took off a bit more shell. Given the other chick that just hatched on it's own and was very bloody I am going to keep taking it slow with egg E.

oh....If you would need orthopedic stuff, there are links in both the hatching 101 article and assist article towards the bottoms. And dont panic if you ever get a chick like this, most are easily treatable! it just happens with malpoisitions and stuck chicks SOMEtimes....

Update: Chick E pushed out of the egg a bit after I finished taking about half the shell off (But not membrane) he looks rather weak compared to the other chick that hatched at the same time but I am not too worried!
