Another probably silly broody question

I have been taking my broody off her nest daily for around 10 min so she'll eat, etc. At first I didn't, as she has food and water available in the little pen I made for her, but she never ate in 24 hours.

Today is day 18 for the eggs. Should I let her stay in "lockdown" till hatch or continue to make her feathery butt eat, drink, and poo every day?

What is best?

mama hen knows best, I try not to pester them too much close to hatch day. I do check on the day just to make sure the mama hen is being a good mom, as I have had to remove babies from one of my hens, as she became quite evil.
