Another problem... can roosters crow at the wrong time?

I have 4 roosters, one of which JUST started to crow (sooooo cute!), and they crow ALL DAY. Only in my nap time they do not crow.

Also depends on breeds. I've noticed some of mine crowed all day and others only when the other 9 were already going

For the past few weeks, my rooster will crow in the middle of the night instead of at dawn. Is that normal? Or does my rooster just have something against me?

My in-town rooster would crow in the middle of the night when car headlights shining on the coop disturbed him.

Unfortunately, we lived on a corner lot at a moderately busy intersection and couldn't block all the sightlines.

Additionally, he'd crow if the neighbor's dog barked.
