Another question: How noisy are turkeys?

I am writing a book, "Encylopedia of micro-Farming" and am doing a breed profile on turkeys an dmany other fowl. I need to know how noisy they are, as I have never raised them. Yet.

Well, my experience is limited to my 6 royal palms, that were hatched last Memorial Day, so only 7 months worth of experience. To date, they have been very quiet. I generally never hear a peep out of them unless I talk to them -- the 2 toms will answer back with a gobble if I get them going. Even at that, not very loud. Perhaps this will change as we go into spring and the breeding season.
