I added two females to my flock in March. It took months before they were really part of the group. My male was also pulling out feathers on one of them but has stopped now. If it gets too bad you will need to give her a break to heal. I think the drakes do this to show that they are dominant. It is frustrating to see when you are trying to give everyone a good home.
