Another refridgerated egg experiment

i have several colorations in OEG. most of mine are bred small, towards show. some are SQ some aren't. it was old English game that got me into bantams, a pair of brassy blues. that was back in the days when i could water in 15 minutes. be careful, they can be addictive LOL.

this is that pair.

i will take a picture of a brassy back pair for you tomorrow. i thought i had one but i must have deleted it.

Very Nice...Thanks for the pictures. My Buff Orp Mamma is holding tight. I have her food and water close by so she doesn't have to leave her eggs. I know she was up for a moment because there was a HUGE broody poo in her enclosure. Two more weeks to go.

this is a picture of brassy backs, I thought I took more but I cant find them. the pullet is pretty much all black on the back, with brassy brown breast. sorry it took me so long to get these pics.

Went to check on the broody Mamma last night. Shes not doing so hot. She removed a broken egg that was pretty messy. Some eggs are dirty from the broke egg. Most of the eggs are not under her. She has them in a circle around her in the nest. Just gotta wait and see I guess.
