This 5 month old pullet has well developed comb and wattles



While this 7 month old pullet never developed large comb or wattles due to genetics.

I agree... hens!
I have one hen with a really large comb. It's so big that it flops over to one side. She is my best layer has given me a couple of double-yolked eggs!

Nice and that one could still be a rooster I had this one chicken that I thought was a hen until one day I was walking around out side and it crowed and it had short tail feathers and everything so there still is a chance
