I know the picture isnt really good but can ANYONE and I mean anyone explain why the eggs are going bad after day 17! I had a power outage for 3 hours but temp only dropped to 94 and humidity stayed at 50-70% the entire time!

its getting to the point where im like GAHHH!

the first one was ok i might add the second was thriving an hr before i left came back and DEAD! grr

I think that one) your humidity is too high.

I incubate at 40 and hatch at 50 or a bit higher, never over 60.

Yes it was in the bator when I found it...Ive always hatched like that..over 70 for lockdown

Buy some Oxine and put 7 drops per gallon of water and use this water for your incubator humidity. This will sanitize all eggs and keep the incubator clean.
That is the next thought I had.

Your humidity is way too high, I do mine at 35-40%. The chicks can drown in the shell.
