Another sick chicken, need help/ suggestions asap

Thanks everyone for your help! Wednesday or thursday (I can't remember lol), I did the last ditch method and made her vomit up the stuff in her crop, after I felt regret cause she was having breathing problems. I gave her some water with ACV which she enjoyed. I kept her in our garage overnight. Preparing myself for the next morning to find a stiff corpse I went out there and to my surprise she was still alive! Infact she was perky and jumpy like normal! I picked her up and rubbed her crop and it was empty! I put her in the hospital pen with some yogurt and fresh water with ACV. She wasn't too hungry but loved the water. Everyday she seems more active! Her tail isn't hanging like it was and her crop is staying empty. I'm Hoping everything goes good from here. Going to keep my eye on her tho.
I looked in her box that she was in and found this weird mass, it looked like a pepper stem and core but I opened it up and it looked like a dehydrated egg. Guess that was the blockage! I never thought an egg could do that! P.s. My dad has named her Angel.

Someone help me please!! Ive tried posting a video. My favorite hen isnt doing so good. Ever since this snow weather started shes been ill. And i cant tell if shes dying. But shes very weak and wont eat. She has some food in her breast for over a week now. I have to force her to drink electrolytes and Nutri-Drench for support. I dont know what to do i wanna cry. All she does is sleep
