Another silkie thread - 5 weeks

This is my near 5.5 week-old partridge(?) silkie, Brin.


I bought her as a wee chick at a feedstore. Straight run, no known bias in sex ratio.

Its combs looks pretty big already, almost as big as my 2 yo hen's comb. I say boy also.

Thanks for the feedback so far (and more always appreciated). I'll plan what to do with the chick accordingly... it's unfortunate everyone suspects it to be a boy!

I agree with the others, that sure does look like a boy. Also that stance is very rooish. I love the coloring tho!
