Another tiny egg thread

I have a group of year old laying hens laying olive, white and brown eggs respectively. We recently added our blue egg layers that are about 8 weeks old. This morning found a tiny blue egg on the ground.

The run is nowhere near any bushes and the tree above them have no nests. The egg is also slightly covered in chicken droppings.

I have read a bunch of threads here regarding this and read the fairy egg link someone posted.

It seems to be the consensus that 8 weeks is absolutely not possible? I'm used to my current chickens that did not begin until about 4 months, and the last one waited until she was 11 months! (She is also the only one that sings all morning after laying haha)

I'm going to clean the egg and post a photo.

The blue egg layers are Prairie Blue Bells
