Hello from the NYS Capital District area. We've had a few banties kicking around for years, and currently have a few Golden Comets and an ancient banty rooster that free range and roost in the garage at night. I'd like to get a small flock going, one that lives in a coop and doesn't hide there eggs everywhere. These two really surprised me because they tend to get sort of broody. I want to get some assorted brown and rainbow layers this spring.
