Glad to meet you, and welcome to BYC. There are several suppliers that send fertile eggs to the Middle East as part of their business:

1. HiBreeds in England
2. CWT Farms
3. Lohmann Breeders (which may only supply really large orders; I can't tell)
4. Report from the Saudi Government on hatcheries and suppliers, dated 2019 - it does not list names of hatcheries, but tells the cities in which they are located, and the numbers. You may be able to identify them either with an internet search or a phone book (assuming you can use an Arabic language resource). The report itself is in English, though I am sure there must be an Arab language original.

Best wishes! I hope one or more of these sources will work for you. The closer you can get to the hatchery, the better your results will likely be. It's very hard to pack and ship eggs, and the farther they travel, the more likely to damage the fertile eggs.
