antibiotic eggs? Will they hatch?

Hi guys, my one pullet decided today to set. They have been on antibiotics (Terramycin) for 7 days and the eggs that she is sitting on are eggs that were layed while on antibiotics. She is addament and will not get off the nest! She is pulling a classic 'dinosaur' stunt. I feel bad for her. Will the eggs hatch or is there a risk of deformities?

I've read on here that it's not a problem. Never done it.
