Is this a pure RIR rooster?

Update.... I got him this morning and I'm pleased so far. Right out the gate he was calling the hens over to eat. I have him separated from my Olive Egger because he's tried to kill 3 other roosters in the past, and would have succeeded had I not intervened. Something tells me this RIR isn't afraid of him, as they've kind of gone at it through the fence.

Sometimes it's easier to get roosters to accept each other if the 2nd one was raised as a chicken from a broody

Can you get a close-up of his comb?
