Antibiotics causing fatigue?

My hen with bumblefoot and possible reproductive disease has been on antibiotics (i don't know the exact name of the pill) 1/2 pill twice a day, everyday. She has been on them for about 4 days now. She sits most of the time and looks lethargic, and has some diarrhea. Do some antibiotics cause lethargy?

Her bumblefoot seems to be getting better (?) I don't know, though. I'm taking her to the vet again on saturday.

Are you providing probiotics along with the antibiotics? The good bacteria in her gut may have been wiped out by the antibiotics.

Some antibiotics are harder on them than others, so it's possible, or it's possible that the antibiotic isn't having the desired effect on what ever ails her. Some reproductive issues can be resistant to treatment. If a vet is treating her, that is who I would ask. If she's getting worse, then I would call them before Saturday.
