Tylan won't treat many of the bacteria that cause respiratory infections. When you gave it, did you give it 3-4 times a day? If not, you could try doing that before buying another drug.

gave it to her 3 times a day for 7 days and it did help poor girl could hardly breath she didn’t have any of the other simptoms at the time I posted a video of her on YouTube and everyone said get antibiotics in her as soon as possible and that’s the only anabiotic I could get from tractor supply as I’m new to baby chicks I have four other chickens that are silkies have never had a problem with them and they were older when I got them My two chicks that have no symptoms came from my silky eggs the other two chicks came from another lady that had baby chicks and those are the two that are sick but I’m attached to all of them now
