Ants on eggs?

These eggs are from two different hens, and one of them consistently has ants all over it… is there something going on with my hen I should be concerned about?

Looks like there's cracks in the shell, but hard to tell. Can you candle a couple of her eggs to see if there's hairline cracks and the egg is leaking?

I'd clean out the nesting box. Spray with Permethrin to get rid of the ants, then sprinkle a bit of Permethrin based poultry dust in the nesting area before you replace bedding. Hopefully that will deter future ants.
