Anxious for eggs from 4.5 month olds

Yay! Yea, your girls just aren't ready to lay yet. And cold doesn't really effect laying, just sunlight. During the storm yesterday I got a new record number of 7 eggs from my 12. Some of which aren't laying yet, and they're all over 30 weeks old.
