I live in north Alabama and need a Rhode Island Red rooster to go with my young hens. I have been trying to find one but have had no luck. Any ideas on where to get a rooster?

I have purchased all mine online through large hatcheries. I no longer have chickens and I am considering a move to quail since they are smaller birds.

Hello fellow Alabamians!
We're going to the chicken auction tonight hoping to pick up some hens. I read somewhere on here that there's a chicken auction on the first Saturday of every month nearby us... apparently the auction has goats, cows, poultry,etc... but I can't find the post that says were it is!!?? Can anyone please help?
