I finally got Procreate after years of not wanting to pay $12.99 for an app. It was worth it.

I do feel like spending a little money on something you'll use a lot is worth it. A sketchbook I use for over a year usually costs me about that much.

Hi all! I'm an aspiring artist, I've been practicing but I'm still pretty new at it, here's some of the sketches I've done, I mostly do digital so this was out of my element!

I planned to drive home from school today, but there's a storm and the roads are totally unsafe. So I decided it was appropriate to listen to Vasti Bunyan and draw a scene from my short story "Cold Comfort."

I need some help from the artists here. Let me explain.

I was at Deseret industries in Twin Falls, Idaho. I found some canvases there that appear to be hand painted. They also appear to be ripped off of a wood frame, so they were once stretched canvases. They are beautiful, so I bought them for four dollars total.

Being an artist myself, I can tell that these are hand painted. It feels like oil paint.

Anyway, I’m trying to figure out the artist. There is a signature, but I’m not finding much about this artist on the Internet.

Is someone able to help me figure out who the artist is?

Here are pictures of one canvas.

My expectations are low for this, I’m just curious if anybody knows about this artist.
