I bought myself a coconut at the grocery store yesterday, among other things......Specially assorted Japanese imported packs of noodles.

Ooh, nigiri sushi. I don't think that I've had that before. That has raw fish in it, yes? I've only had the vegetable sushi because my parents don't want me eating raw fish (and I can see why).

I love sushi! I don’t know if the stuff I tasted had raw fish in it or not, but I do know it was American sushi.

Well, sushi-grade fish Is okay to eat, Ebi Nighri has shrimp on top of a ball of rice. I eat it all the time!

I tried making a California roll a while ago. It didn't turn out super well, appearance-wise, but it was pretty tasty.
It definitely takes practice, but as long as it tastes good, I'd call it a win.
